Si consiglia di effettuare la prova sul mosto dopo la decantazione o sul vino. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Come eseguire il test del glucano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Opzione 1: test semplice<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>1. Preparare la soluzione di alcool acidificato<br\/>Etanolo al 96 % acidificato con 1 % di acido cloridrico concentrato.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Preparare il mosto o il vino da testare<br\/>Se il mosto contiene molte particelle solide, \u00e8 consigliata una filtrazione grossolana con carta.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. Aggiungere la soluzione al mosto o al vino<br\/>In una provetta, aggiungere 2 volumi di mosto e 1 volume della soluzione preparata di alcol acidificato e mescolare delicatamente.<\/p>\n\n<p>4.  <strong>Risultati: se compaiono fibre bianche o grigie, il test \u00e8 positivo. Centrifugare prima il test o direttamente il vino o il mosto a 3 000 giri\/min per 10\u201315 minuti.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Sciogliere il sedimento derivante dalla centrifugazione con 5 mL di acqua distillata, poi aggiungere 5 mL di alcol acidificato.<\/p>\n\n<p>3.  <strong>Risultati: dopo 4 minuti, se compaiono filamenti o piccole scaglie, la presenza di glucani \u00e8 confermata.
