Se recomienda realizar el test sobre el mosto desfangado o sobre el vino. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo realizar el test de glucanos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Opci\u00f3n 1: test simple<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>1. Preparar la soluci\u00f3n de alcohol acidificado<br\/>Etanol al 96 % acidificado con un 1 % de \u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico concentrado.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Preparar el mosto o vino a analizar<br\/>Si el mosto contiene muchas part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas, se recomienda una filtraci\u00f3n gruesa con papel.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. A\u00f1adir la soluci\u00f3n al mosto o vino<br\/>En un tubo de ensayo, a\u00f1adir 2 vol\u00famenes de mosto y 1 volumen de la soluci\u00f3n de alcohol acidificado y mezclar suavemente.<\/p>\n\n<p>4.  <strong>Resultados: Si aparecen fibras blancas o grises, el test es positivo. Centrifugar la primera prueba, o directamente el mosto o el vino, a 3 000 rpm durante 10\u201315 minutos.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Disolver el sedimento de la centrifugaci\u00f3n con 5 mL de agua destilada y a\u00f1adir despu\u00e9s 5 mL de alcohol acidificado.<\/p>\n\n<p>3.  <strong>Resultados: Despu\u00e9s de 4 minutos, si aparecen filamentos o peque\u00f1as escamas, se confirma la presencia de glucanos.
