Preparar la soluci\u00f3n de alcohol acidificado<br>Etanol al 96 % acidificado con un 1 % de \u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico concentrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Preparar el mosto a analizar<br>Si el mosto contiene muchas part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas, se recomienda una filtraci\u00f3n gruesa con papel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. A\u00f1adir la soluci\u00f3n al mosto<br>En un tubo de ensayo, mezclar suavemente (para no romper el gel de pectina) 2 vol\u00famenes de la soluci\u00f3n de alcohol acidificado con 1 volumen de
