Se recomienda para la elaboraci\u00f3n de vinos tintos con o sin crianza en madera. <strong>NT 202<\/strong> presenta una alta tolerancia al alcohol, una buena utilizaci\u00f3n de la fructosa y un efecto estimulante sobre la fermentaci\u00f3n malol\u00e1ctica en comparaci\u00f3n con otras cepas utilizadas en vinos tintos.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Por ello, es especialmente adecuada para la vinificaci\u00f3n de mostos con alto contenido de az\u00facar, donde el elevado nivel de alcohol al final de la fermentaci\u00f3n puede provocar fermentaciones alcoh\u00f3licas lentas o detenidas y\/o fermentaciones malol\u00e1cticas problem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
