It allows the removal of yeast toxic compounds (fatty acids, pesticides…) from must and from wines compounds toxic for human consumption (ochratoxin A…). Extraferm® improves wines quality. It adsorbs wine contaminants (Anisoles, TCA, TBA, PCA, TeCA…) and has a high polysaccharide release capacity.
