In-Line Ready® technology, which Oenobrands presented in 2013 as a pioneering advance in the winemaking sector, will be 10 years old in 2023. This revolutionary method was the first to enable the direct addition of yeasts to the must without the need for rehydration, establishing an unprecedented standard for efficiency in winemaking operations.
Over the past decade, In-Line Ready has transformed winemaking, offering winemakers a reliable and simple approach to yeast inoculation. By developing a special recipe that prepares the Fermivin yeast for optimal performance under direct addition conditions, In-Line Ready ensures robust fermentation and consistent wine quality.
The journey started with the realisation that conventional rehydration procedures were not only time-consuming, but also subject to variations that might compromise overall wine quality. In response, we worked on a solution to ease the inoculation, developing a specifc recipe for yeast production.
We have a variety of Fermivin strains specifically produced in In-Line Ready form for direct inoculation and available to meet the demands of winemakers.
These include white, rosé, and red wine fermentation choices.
In-Line Ready Fermivin yeasts are available in both 500 g packs and 10 kg packs, making them suitable for wineries of all sizes while maintaining flexibility and convenience.
